My Favorite Pumpkin Pie Recipe: Dessert Without The Guilt
Enjoy Dessert Without the Guilt
Let’s be honest dessert is one of the best parts of Thanksgiving. And guess what? You can absolutely enjoy it.
Instead of sampling everything on the table, pick your favorite dessert and really savor it. Slow down, taste every bite, and appreciate it. You’ll find that a small portion satisfies you just as much as a large one.
If you’re not hosting, consider bringing your own healthy dessert. That way, you know there’s at least one option you can enjoy guilt-free.
One of my go-to desserts is the Devotion Nutrition Pumpkin Pie. As you know, I’m all about my protein, and this one hits the mark. It’s delicious, high in protein, and still feels like a real treat. This recipe is simple, satisfying, and proof that you can enjoy the holidays without sacrificing your goals.
Devotion Pumpkin Pie
Filling:

Optional: I like to add 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and a pinch of ground allspice for extra flavor.
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender until well combined. Pour into a pre-baked crust and bake for 60 minutes at 325°F. Let cool before slicing.
