  2. Track your food honestly: Often, we’re underestimating calories or missing key nutrients.

  3. Sleep like it’s your job: Recovery is where growth happens. Poor sleep = stalled results.

A plateau is a whisper from your body asking you to level up. Don’t ignore it. Respond with love, strategy, and fire. You’re not stuck—you’re being invited to rise.
