Welcome! I'm Evelyn Flaharty. These terms govern your use of evelynflaharty.com, any purchases you make here, and my text messaging program. By using this site or signing up for my messages, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or sign up.

Text messaging terms

When you opt in — for example by texting a keyword, signing up through a link, or providing your phone number at checkout — you agree to receive recurring text messages from Evelyn Flaharty at the number you provided. These messages may include wellness tips, new videos and content, product updates, order information, and special offers, and may be sent using an automated system.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can shop and enjoy this site without ever signing up for texts.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • To stop receiving texts at any time, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

  • You must be 18 or older (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to sign up, and the phone number you provide must be your own.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network, and messages may not be available on all carriers or devices.

Everything on this site — my writing, photos, videos, workouts, and product designs — belongs to me (or is used with permission) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may enjoy it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, reproduce, redistribute, or sell my content, workouts, or downloads without my written permission.

A very important health note

I share what has worked for me: at 71, as an IFBB Pro and a thyroid cancer survivor, I share my own experience, routines, and the lessons my body has taught me. Everything here — articles, videos, workouts, and digital guides — is general wellness information and personal storytelling. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice of your own physician or qualified health provider.

  • Always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program, nutrition change, or supplement mentioned here — especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are recovering from illness or surgery.
  • Listen to your body. Stop any movement that causes pain, and exercise at your own pace and your own risk.
  • Your results will be your own. I can share my road; I can't promise your destination, and no testimonial or story on this site is a guarantee of results.

Products and orders

Physical products (apparel and accessories) are printed and fulfilled on demand by my fulfillment partner, Printful, and shipped to the address you provide. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at purchase. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from screen images, as each item is made to order.

Digital products (such as workout guides) are delivered as downloadable files for your personal use only. Your purchase is a single-person license: please don't share, resell, or distribute the files.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, with a full refund.

Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Damaged items and returns

Because physical products are made to order just for you, I can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact me within 30 days of delivery at hellofromevelynflaharty@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and I will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, except where the file is defective and cannot be delivered — in that case I will fix the delivery or refund you.

Some links on this site and in my content are affiliate links (for example, through ShopMy). If you buy through one, I may earn a small commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. I only share products I genuinely use and love, and affiliate income is one of the ways this work is supported. Thank you.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, its content, or its products — including any injury resulting from exercise or wellness practices you choose to try. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
