The first cup of coffee in the morning is sheer bliss in a beautiful cup you cherish. A walk on a beautiful path before the day fully begins just feels GREAT for the soul. Moving your body doing a workout you LOVE at a time when it actually feels GOOD for your own energy rhythm. A simple self-care routine at night using products you adore tells your nervous system it’s safe to rest, relax and unplug.
These moments may not look impressive to others from the outside. But they shift everything for me on the inside. I LOVE these small personal moments in my day.
