On that note. Walking has always been a favorite past time of mine. I love that the world has caught up with the power of 10,000 steps per day. Take the stairs. Park further away in the parking lot. Do whatever you can to improve your step count each and every day. It's a simple effective way to stay healthy. Regardless of shape, size or level of fitness. You are living in the greatest machine ever created.
Now let's talk about food. A wonderful life must of course have delicious nourishing food. Learned to slow down, savor every delicious bite.
Sleep. Decide to become a master at the art of sleeping well. I cannot express to you how important it is to create a foundation of rust in your life.
This year I'm committing to journaling. It's a simple yet often challenging practice. But even a a few minutes each day can help clear your mind and create inner peace.
Next on the list is leveling up self-care. From meditating to massage it is essential that you carve out time away from devices away from distractions and away from the busyness of life to calm the mind and body. Learn to call back your energy and recharge.
A great life is an intentional one. I promise you that prioritizing these things will help improve your life bit by bit, moment by moment. Day by day.
